IF I COULD TURN BACK TIME...
 
If you could TURN BACK TIME...  I would turn it back to the Edwardian times of beautiful gowns and Top Hats!  This bright red simulated wood top hat is trimmed with a chiffon ruffle and satin ribbon.  The hat is covered in a bright red lace trimmed with a pleated edging and dangling beads.  There is a chiffon scarf wrapping around the hat, tied in a knot and trailing down the back.    On the front of the hat there is a clock face with keys as arms.  Black goggles with red lace inserts, (*goggles are detachable), give it the Steampunk look of times gone by.  Red and black ostrich, turkey, and pheasant feathers give a full plume display.   Definately a hat with a jaunty ostrick plume!  On the side of the hat are two black swallows, brass and silver cogs, a clock, roses with beaded chain, and random numbers playing up the 'time' theme.  This hat is Steampunk styled with a strong colour statement!
