Feel like frolicking in the woods, dancing in the dome all while expressing your style!?  This 100% all wool, low profile adjustable soft shell Top Hat will be comfortable all day long!  The black wool is trimmed in cream gimp and covered in a delicate lace.  There is a earth green velor band around the base with matching bow.  The veil is embroidered with tiny soft pink flowers with pale green leaves.  The goggles are copper with inserts matching the veil (always removeable if you want to wear them separately).  The Top Hat is embellished with vintage steampunk styled charms and a deers' antlers that are tipped with gold metal and attached chain with crystal beads.  All details gives a romantic Forest Fairy vibe to the Top Hat
